SHIPPING POLICY

Pure Bliss utilizes various shipping company to fulfill the needs. Domestic shipping Priority Mail (5-7 days for most domestic purchases) with delivery confirmation. Signature confirmation is required for any items priced over Rs 250.00. 

Pure Bliss NOW ships Internationally! . Please note that all items entering countries outside India are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance to national laws. The buyer is responsible for all additional expenses incurred. If you live out of the country and have specific requests/questions about international shipping, then please email us at pureblissluxaryskincare@gmail.com to see how we can accommodate you.

We can arrange other shipping services or custom shipping options to accommodate your needs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund/exchange Policy:
At Pure Bliss, we strive to give you the best shopping experience possible. Considering the nature of the products, we do not accept exchange or return of the products once sold or delivered. However, if you wish to cancel or change a product, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order by either calling/whatsapp @ 8910988525

Incase of any established quality issues with the products or any damage during the transit of the products, we will replace them with a new product as early as possible. Just give us a call/whatsapp @ 8910988525 or send us an email pureblissluxaryskincare@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will assist you immediately.
As soon as the shipment is received, customers are requested to check the package and report to us any discrepancy with the photo images. Any damage to the shipment should be brought to our notice immediately with the photo images for to take it up with the courier company. If the shipment is totally damaged, customers are advised to reject/ return the shipment.
